Dorchester's history
The company was founded in 1992 by partners John Hutchinson and Ian Riley, they both had extensive management experience within the sales recruitment industry and recognised that there was a gap for a more targeted and specialist service. Offering a National services we were initially Based from Dorchester on Thames, before moving to larger premises in Henley on Thames where Dorchester would be for 18 years. In 1998 we opened in Knutsford (Cheshire) and since 2001 we have been based in North Yorkshire..
