| Field Service Engineer .. HVAC Control Panels/ BMS)
The Position:
We are looking for Field Service Engineers to join four Teams, As a Service Engineer, your daily duties at customer sites ensuring effective and efficient operation of building management systems, providing regular proposals and options for minor works such as replacements, upgrades and energy saving measures.
The Person:
We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated person who in nature is flexible and adaptable maintaining a cheerful disposition and positive attitude towards problem solving. The candidate must demonstrate reliability and a high degree of integrity.
This is a customer facing role and the candidate must be able to work within a team of engineers to deliver high quality support and service.
The Engineer will be responsible for onsite delivery of all aspects of contract obligations including;
Routine Service duties
Condition based & PPM maintenance
System improvements
Fault finding and system analysis
Documentation & administration
Call out response
Design & commissioning
Small works quotes
Energy advice
Customer liaison
Essential Skills & Experience:
A proven record of reliability together with a responsible attitude.
The candidate must be fully numerate, IT literate and demonstrate high quality written reports.
Technical engineering background with competent understanding of HVAC and electrical systems, such as AHU's and VT circuits.
Appreciation of BeMS Trend products and services.
A good working knowledge of electrical control panels (i.e. the ability to read wiring diagrams and carry out minor modifications if required).
Can carry out pre-commissioning of controls (i.e. point to point checks.)
Able to fault find and engineer BMS networks (i.e. multi-LAN, networks, IC comms etc.)
Good standard of computer operating skills (i.e. word processing and spreadsheets)
Can work as a mobile engineer and undertake a reasonable amount of overtime
Demonstrates effective communication skills and has the ability to perform to a high standard with customer.
High personal standards relating to appearance and professionalism.

Security cleared
Travel is a requirement - full driving licence required
