Part Time Warehouse Administrator
£18,000 to £25,000 Part Time 20 hours 9am to 2pm + 33 days holiday
We are looking for an intelligent individual with a background in Sales Order Processing. This could suit someone returning to work after children or looking for perhaps your 2nd or 3rd job within sales Administration. As you would be the whole department the role is unlikely to offer any prospects to move on and so would be ideally suited to someone looking for a role to put their own stamp on. Based in an open plan office attached to the factory you will share with 3 other people, the Manager, two Designers and yourself. It is a very friendly, pleasant environment where you will be given as much help as you need especially whilst learning the ropes.
You will be joining a very successful engineering company based in Stoke-on-Trent (ST4), as a part time warehouse administrator, dealing with orders for parts coming in via email, processing the orders and managing stock levels.
. Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Sales order processing
- Purchase order processing and expediting
- Creating production orders and liaison with manufacturing departments
- Stock level management
- Subcontract order processing
Hours of work are expected to be 9:30am to 2:00pm Monday to Friday with a 30 minute break.
